Return/Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Ísland Spirituality. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Return/Exchange Policy explains our guidelines for returns and exchanges of products purchased through our online store www.spirituality.is(the “Store”). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect: opened or used ritual products (including sage/smudge sticks, incense, candles, and similar items), personal care/hygiene items once opened or used (if applicable), digital products/downloads, gift cards, custom or personalized items, and final sale items (if marked as such). Clothing can be returned or exchanged only if it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Natural crystals vary in shape, tone, and texture; small variations are normal and are not considered defects. Crystal returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in original packaging.
How to request a return or exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@spirituality.is within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, the item(s), and the reason for the return/exchange. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include photos of the item and packaging. If your request is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to return your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit; we recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective/damaged item or an error on our part (wrong item sent).
Exchanges
If eligible, you may exchange an item for a different size, color, or another product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item is of higher value, you are responsible for paying the difference. Exchanges are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The replacement item will be shipped using our standard shipping method.
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges
For change-of-mind returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (and any shipping costs related to an exchange). If the return/exchange is due to a defective or damaged item or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost — either by providing a prepaid label where possible or by reimbursing reasonable shipping costs upon proof of postage.
